I wanted to say a special thank you to all of you at Laughlin for helping me and my sister through the very difficult task of arranging our dad's funeral. Neither of us really knew what we needed to do or what to expect, but we were so taken care of by A.J. My heartfelt gratitude goes out to her for her professionalism and compassion. She knew just how to walk us through all of the details and I was so impressed by how everything came together so quickly. There were things that we would never have thought of , like military honors, that she made happen for us. That became one of the most lovely and moving parts of my dad's ceremony. On the day of the funeral, AJ was there and had all of the details taken care of. She was responsive immediately to anything that we needed. At a time when I felt very out of control, she gave me the reassurance that everything was under control. That was truly a blessing. I would recommend Laughlin to anyone who is in need of their services and especially AJ who was just above and beyond. Thank you so much to everyone for helping me and my family through such a difficult time.

You have a difficult job which requires great spiritual strength and courage. You all have that in abundance. Because I travel with my job, I had to work with Auntie's arrangements from a distance.
